ABOUT SALLY
Sally qualified as a vet in 2003 and worked for 12 years in general equine practice before focusing on chiropractic. She gained the RCVS Certificate in Equine Practice in 2007 and spent 11 years as part of the team at Catley Cross Veterinary Clinic on the Suffolk-Essex border. The investigation of lameness and poor performance was a huge part of her work and she became interested in the role of physical therapies in treating such cases. She decided to study animal chiropractic and completed her training with the International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic in 2014.
Sally initially carried out chiropractic treatments alongside her regular veterinary work and she continued her education with training in further techniques such as myofascial release, Stammer Kinetics and Acupuncture. Chiropractic soon took over her working time and she set up her own business "Sally Cobbald Veterinary Chiropractic" in 2015. She developed good relationships with the local practices, many of whom refer cases for treatment. Working alongside other therapists, farriers and saddlers has also helped her to achieve the best outcomes for her patients.
Sally is based near Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. She accepts referrals within a 40 mile radius of her base.
